The truffle hunting
The departure is from Locanda Palazzone. With a short walk through the vineyards you reach the forest where, guided by the infallible smell of an experienced dog, the adventure will begin:
the the truffle hunting.
The activity will last approximately 1 hour
The activity is available upon advance booking, subject to the hunter availability.
Truffle hunting is possible in all months of the year except part of April, May and September. The type of truffle changes according to the season.

Lunch
Back at Locanda Palazzone, a short visit to the cellar will follow, waiting for lunch, prepared by our chef with the truffle found during hunting*.
The 3 courses menù with truffle, consisting of an appetizer, a first course and a dessert will be paired with 3 Palazzone wines.
* In the absence of sufficient truffles, fresh truffles collected in the previous days will be consumed.
The type of truffle varies depending on the season.

"I have a real passion, which I have been cultivating for 25 years and which is completed with the training of dogs all rigorously trained by me; everything takes place in a unique landscape and natural environment, dark lands or calcified sands rich in prehistoric fossils.
We are in Umbria, on the border with Tuscany and Lazio, one of the most beautiful and rich in history of our country. Walking and discover this ecosystem is a privilege!"
