ATTO A DIVENIRE
In the nomenclature of wine, “Atto a Divenire” means a wine that has just finished its fermentation process but which has not yet taken on the typical connotation of its final taste. A wine where the producer’s intervention was limited to controlling fermentation without using the tools and techniques necessary for subsequent bottling.
DINNER
Giampaolo Tabarrini, Leonardo Bussoletti, Madrevite and Palazzone wineries together in a dinner with tasting of their most representative wines and the “Atti a Divenire” paired with revisited dishes of traditional cuisine.
